A recruiter who never thought like one.

Abdullah has spent over a decade inside the hiring problem from both sides. He scaled a tech company from 30 to 120 people as its first people hire, led senior talent acquisition at Replicant, a Series C conversational AI company, and built Aria, an AI product for recruiters.

He holds a Master's in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, and he writes daily for a community of more than 8,000 on how talent and AI are reshaping work. Recruitment 3.14 came out of that practice: a way to read people that survives contact with reality.
